The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of implementing a program based on the orbital theory to develop the skills of the persuasive writing and the awareness of philosophical issues of high school students.

the sample and the number of research (60) students from secondary grade 2 students were selected, divided into two groups, control and experimental.

With 30 students in each group, The two research tools were applied: The Test of persuasive writing skills and the scale of awareness of philosophical issues, which the researcher prepared on the two research groups in a tribal application at the beginning of the first semester of 2019-2020 CE, and after the proposed program was implemented in the same semester, the two research tools were applied far away.

After comparing the results of the pre-and-post applications, the results confirmed that there were statistically Dale difference at the level of (0.05) between the average grades of the experimental group students and the control group in the dimensional performance of the research methods for the students of the experimental group.

It also stressed that there is a statistically significant correlation between both developing the writing skills and developing awareness of philosophical issues in high school students.
