The term electronic administrative communication is one of the modern administrative terms that have emerged as a result of the tremendous revolution in information and communication networks, which has brought about an important shift in the performance of institutions by improving their productivity, speed of performance and the quality of their services.

This information revolution has been reflected in all areas of life, the most important of which is the remarkable significant development in the means of communication and has clearly affected life activities and the beginning of the gradual transformation from traditional means of communication to electronic means of communication that have increased benefit from them while using the international information network - the Internet.

Some believe that electronic administrative communication is an automated process for all the tasks and activities of the administrative institution by relying on all the necessary information technologies to achieve the goals of the new administration in reducing the use of paper and simplifying procedures and eliminating routine and rapid and accurate completion of tasks and transactions so that each department is ready to link with the e-government later.

In educational institutions, the process of electronic communication is of great importance, as it is a means of interaction between the principal and teachers to achieve the school's goals because the electronic communication is not a process of sending and receiving, but rather an attempt to influence and persuade and has no value without making an impact.
