The study aimed at determining the level of application of knowledge management in technical secondary schools in terms of the total degree of application and each dimension and component of its dimensions and elements, the significance of the differences between technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial education schools in relation to the total degree of application and each dimension and component of its dimensions and elements, The main obstacles facing the application of technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial schools to the application of knowledge management from the point of view of teachers, and the knowledge of the proposals that assist in the development of technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial education schools Rh by knowledge from the point of view of teachers.

The current study was followed by a descriptive approach in the field study, which was conducted on a sample of secondary school technical education teachers in Sharkia governorate.

The study was chosen as the largest educational administration in the eastern region in terms of the number of technical education schools.

Technical Secondary School.

The number of schools in each of the three schools studied by Faqous Educational Administration was withdrawn by simple random sampling method.

It was Fakous Secondary Industrial School with a total number of teachers (362) and Faqous Secondary Commercial School The total number of teachers (122), the school of Faqous agricultural secondary, and the total number of teachers (313), and using the equation Krejcie and Morgan to determine the size of the sample was found to be the size (259) teachers, distributed to the three schools with (118) (40) teachers from Faqous Technical Education School and (102) teachers from Faqous Agricultural Secondary School.

They were selected by regular random sampling method.

The study data were collected by using the questionnaire form in the personal interview of teachers of technical education schools Sample study during the months of November / 2017.

Among the most important findings of the study, it was found that the majority of respondents in the three technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial schools studied the degree of their application to the dimensions of knowledge management was low in the three schools (73.7% ), (57.5% ) and (48.5% ), The total degree of application of the methods included in the dimensions of knowledge management have significant differences at the level of 0.01 and were in favor of the School of Technical Education Trade, and the most important problems facing the school of technical education trade from the point of view of teachers in the forefront of lack of material and technological possibilities available to the application, To apply knowledge, lack of a The lack of cadres to apply the knowledge, the lack of technological knowledge, and the industrial technical education schools in the forefront of which there are no study buildings, technical obstacles, And material constraints.
