Title of The research: Institutional Capacity in the basic education stage in Fayoum Governorate Aims of The research:The research aims to identify the theoretical framework of institutional capacity with the study institutional capacity in the stage of basic education in Fayoum Governorate from the point of view of the study sample, and then to reach recommendations to activate the application of institutional capacity field ,The research used the descriptive method.

The results of The research:Respondentsagreed: - The importance of activating the role of the teacher in solving the problems of society.

- Management should follow a system to measure the progress of learners.

- Poor fit spaces and equipment of the yard with the numbers and characteristics of learners.

- Lack of school provision for people with special needs.

- Lack of fit classes and activity rooms with the numbers and characteristics of learners.
