Hydatid cyst is a parasitic infestation that is usually observed in the liver and lungs.
The localization in the brain and the heart is exceptional.
Here, we report a 11-year-old boy who was diagnosed to have two large hydatid cysts of the heart and brain.
We discuss this unusual presentation of hydatid cyst and its management.
