استخدمت عشرون جمجمة للماعز المحلي لغرض الحصول على بعض القياسات الخاصة بالفك العلوي و السفلي في حيوانات خالية من التشوهات الخلقية للهيكل العظمي.
كان ارتفاع و طول الفك العلوي 32، 20 + 089، 1 سم و 8,90+1,09 سم على التوالي.
أما المسافة بين الجذر السنخي الوحشي للثقب الذقني و المسافة بين الثقب الذقني إلى الحافة الفكية الخلفية 3,79+1,05 و 11,4+1,09 سم على التوالي.
كان ارتفاع و عرض الثقب الذقني 0,5 و .,3 سم على التوالي، تم إجراء تحليل النتائج بدقة و مقارنتها مع التطبيقات السريرية لمنطقة الرأس في الماعز مثل للتعرف على مناطق التخدير خلال عمليات قلع الأسنان.
Abstract EN
Some measurements were analyzed the mandibles and upper jaws of twenty black local goats which have not any apparent skeletal disorders were analyzed.
The length and height of the mandibles were 20.32 ± 1.089 cm and 8.90 ± 1.09 cm, respectively.
The distance from the lateral alveolar root to the mental foramen, from the mental foramen to the caudal mandibular border were 3.79 ± 1.05 cm, and 11.4 ± 1.09 cm respectively.
The width and height of the mental foramen were 0.5 cm and 0.3 cm, respectively.
These data are discussed with regard to their application to clinical man oeuvres around the head of the goat such as regional anesthesia during dental extraction.
