The art of Macramé is a handmade art that relies on the decorative formation of threads and ropes resulting from bonding operations and the knots with decorative systems of creativity and imagination of the designer during the formation of threads.

The research aims to implement women's clothing in the style of the Macramé art which is characterized by beauty, innovation and aesthetic, functional and sustainability aspects.

Importance of research: Introducing new ideas to produce sustainable women's clothing using the art of Macramé, this research follows the semi-experimental and descriptive analytical approach to analyze the opinions of the research sample specialists and consumers.

The most important results: There are statistically significant differences according to the opinions of the specialists between the pieces implemented in achieving the creative aesthetic side, the functional aspect, the economic aspect and achieving sustainability as well as statistically significant differences between the
pieces executed according to consumers ' opinions.
