تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس التأثير التفاعلي لهياكل الملكية المختلفة في شركات التشيد و البناء المصرية على الإفصاح الاختياري الخاص بهذه الشركات عبر شبكة الإنترنت و قد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على عينة من الشركات المصرية و قد قامت الباحثة بجمع البيانات من خلال الموقع الإلكترونية الخاصة بالشركات و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS و قامت الباحثة باستخدام الاختبارات الامعلمية Non – Parametric Tests فقد ثبت أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط عكسية غير معنوية بين كل من الملكية الأجنبية و المؤسسية المركزة و الإفصاح الاختياري عبر شبكة الإنترنت في شركات قطاع التشيد و البناء المصري و قد كشقت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية معنوية بين كل من الملكية الحكومية و الإدارية و العائلية المركزة و الإفصاح الاختياري عبر شبكة الإنترنت في شركات قطاع التشيد و البناء المصري كذلك توضح النتائج أن الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية تقوم بتقديم مستويات مرتفعة من الإفصاح مقارنة بالشركات غير المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية و ذلك يرجع لإلزام الشركات المقيدة من قبل الحكومة بتقديم مستوى معين من الإفصاح الإجباري و هذا ما يجعل هذه الشركات لديها قابلية أكثر للإفصاح الاختياري مقارنة بالشركات الأخرى غير المقيدة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to measuring the effect of different ownership structures in the Egyptian construction and construction companies on the voluntairy disclosure through the internet, based on a sample of Egyptian companies.
The researcher collected the data through the company's websites, using the SPSS program, and then used the nonparametric tests.
It was proved that there is a nonsignificant correlation between foreign and institutional ownership and the voluntairy disclosure through the Internet in construction and construction companies.
The results also show that there is a significant positive relationship between the governmental, Mangment and family ownership and the voluntairy disclosure through the internet.
The results also show that the companies listed on the Egyptian stock exchange provide high levels of disclosure compared to noncompanies which is restricted by the Egyptian Stock Exchange and this is due to the obligation of companies restricted by the government to provide a certain level of mandatory disclosure.
