This study aims to identify the reality of the Islamic financial industry in the world and the most important obstacles that limit its development and growth.

The Islamic financial industry has emerged in Islamic and non-Islamic countries especially recently, and has been able to design a wide variety of services and financial and banking products.

The study concluded that the Islamic financial industry is growing and developing continuously from year to year.

By the end of 2016, the size of the Islamic financial industry reached an estimated 189310 billion, distributed in various aspects of the Islamic financial industry, despite the suffering number of regulatory and legislative obstacles.
