The research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of The effectiveness of a differentiated, participatory electronic environment based on motivational techniques in developing the skills of producing virtual museums and the academic ambition of 33 educational technology students.

Tools of the research included list of skills to produce virtual museums, and environment Differentiated participatory electronic based on motivational techniques, virtual museum production evaluation card, and academic ambition scale (prepared by the researcher).

The results of the research showed There are statistically significant differences between performance level of the experimental group students in the post-test of the virtual museum production evaluation card and the required mastery level (80% ) in favor of the experimental group students.

And there are statistically significant differences between scores means of the experimental group in terms of academic ambition scale in the pre and post tests in favor of the post test
