Abstract EN

The current research aimed to determine the interaction between the pattern of visual stimuli and the intensity of their elements in the static infographic in Edmodo platform and its impact on acquiring hearing-impaired students some visual generative thinking skills and reducing the cognitive load.

This research depends on the semi-experimental design (2x2).

The research sample consists of (40) pupils with hearing impairments in fourth grade of primary school in Aswan district.

The research has designed TOW tools: visual generative thinking scale and cognitive load scale.

Analysis of variance (one and two) (ANOVA), Schiff's post hoc comparison are employed to analyze data.

The research comes to the conclusion that the infographic are better than the realistic infographic, and the effectiveness of infographic based on three elements compared to infographic based on six elements.

The results showed an effect of the interaction between groups regarding the skills of visual generative thinking and cognitive load in favor of a group of visual stimuli with 3 elements.
