The research supposes that differential education has a significant impact on the development of mental perception and learning volleyball surf skill for students at the college of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Wasit University for the academic year -.

The study finds out that ( ) students represent the community of origin.

The sample, ( ) students, is divided by lot into two groups consisting of students each.

After selecting tests in a accordance with the research variables, the researcher conducts a pilot study to extract the scientific basis for the tests under consideration, carries out preliminary tests, and the applies the educational curriculum.

Following the completion of the application of the curriculum, final tests were carried out in the same circumstances.

The most important findings of the study are: .

that differential education has a positive impact in the development on mental perception, which in turn provides a better vision for learning skills.
