This article came to address the subject of the doctrinal terms in terms of their epistemological connotations, by tracing the discursive path that influenced their modernization and development through the successive crisis, and the extent of the influence of cognitive factors in that, so that we know the outcome of those discursive touches that expanded the circle of ideological meanings involved under the name of those terms.

The contemporary doctrinal lesson is in dire need to compose a verbal dictionary that traces those discretionary imprints that these doctrinal terms have known, so that we instill in the mind of the contemporary Muslim the spirit of ijtihad, And open-mindedness to accept the dissenting opinion.
