Abstract EN

The book "Tanbih El-Bahith Essari Fima Fi Taalik El-Kaouthari" (Alerting the High Researcher about what in El-Kaouthari's comments) by Sheikh Mohamed ben El-Arbi El-Tebbani is considered as one of the earliest scientific productions that critics the contents of the book "Taanib El-Khatib" (Reprimanding El-Khatib) by Sheikh Mohamed Zahid El-Kaouthari, who occupied-by which- the scientific arena in his time, and provoked a number of pens specialized in the field of Hadith And his sciences for writing in criticism and discussion of the positions and opinions that he included in his work.

This study tries to monitor the most important Hadith reconsiderations in which Sheikh El-Tebbani argued with the author of (Reprimanding El-Khatib), classifying them, revealing their evidences and their faults, and evaluating them from a scientific and methodological point of view, then weighting them with the reconsidered matter according to the rules of Hadith science established in the books of this art.
