The present paper aims to study the autobiographical element in poetry without losing its creative identity or even missing any of its artistic elements or ingredients.

The paper will also delineate the general features in which autobiography intersects with linguistic discourse and its reformation poetically in context of the harmony and connection of genres.

The study depends on the concept of autobiography and follow its features in contemporary poetry by shedding light on the poetry of Rahaf Al-Mubarak and its substitutional and close relationship with her poems.

These poems are described as close to events, reality, surrounding and society in general terms.

Hence, they open the way to examine her poetry collection and what they have implicitly in terms of individual and group egos, its suffering and hope, happiness and sadness, aspirations and disappointments all related to autobiography which functions vision, place and time in forming a particular identity uncovering a hidden self within the creative work according to Philippe Leujeune.

He has always been convinced that poetry as a genre is deeply autobiographical along with bringing the aesthetics of soul in these poems and the reference to their symbolic allusions without certainty of meaning as happening in the world of narration.
