Abstract AR
يعد مفهوم الاقتصاد المعرفي من أحدث المفاهيم الاقتصادية التي لاقت اهتماما كبيرا من قبل الباحثين في الآونة الأخيرة حيث أصبحت المعرفة و المعلومات من الأركان الأساسية لجميع القطاعات الاقتصادية الاجتماعيةالسياسية و الثقافية و شهدت دول العالم تباين فيما بينها في مختلف قيم مؤشرات الاقتصاد المعرفي كما أفرز هذا الأخير كما هائلا من التطبيقات شملت جميع القطاعات و كان في لمستفيدين قطاع الخدمات العمومية.
و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع اقتصاد المعرفة في عدد من الدول وفي الجزائر و مدى الاستفادة منه في تطوير الإدارة العمومية الجزائرية
Abstract EN
The concept of Knowledge economy is one of the most recent economic concepts that have received great attention by researchers in recent times, as Knowledge and information has become one of the basic pillars of all economic, social, political and cultural sectors, and the countries of the world have witnessed a difference between them in the various values of knowledge economy indicators as it was shown, the latter produced a large number of application covering all sectors and was among the foremost beneficiaries of the public services sector.
This study aims to determine the reality of the of the knowledge economy in a number of countries as well as in Algeria and the extent of its use in developing the Algerian public administration.
