Abstract EN

The book of Al-Waswasah, Suspiciousness by Abu Bakr bin Abi Dawood Al-Sijistani (may Allah have mercy on him) (230- 316 AH) is one of the rare Islamic nation's heritage at the beginning of the fourth century AH.

The author presented an important subject, which is badly needed, which is the disease of suspiciousness.

It is one of the problematic psychological diseases in the past and present.

The author reported Hadiths and early narrations against suspiciousness, warning the suspicious of its religious, health and social harms, and presented methods of treatment and prevention.

It is one of the first books, addressing this subject, which has become one of the lost topics of heritage.

However, Allah caused a keeper of the Hadith to select and put it in this volume, which came to us through a single unique copy, which will be the subject of this study, Allah willing.

It is Allah’s will to keep this "selected" volume, which the scholars took care of it through copying, reading and narrating it.

I ask Allah to reward its author, selector and copier and everyone who played a role in editing and publishing it.
