Abstract EN

This study aimed to clarify the stages of the initial preparation of public procurement projects, through tribal studies as part of the preparation of the primary phase and maturity project's requirements before its registration and the start of work.

This was based on the descriptive approach to present the variables of the study in addition to the analytical approach to analyze the data obtained by the local administration of Adrar through the personal interview of the agents of the public procurement departement.

and The study concluded that the local administration lacks quality in its tribal studies to estimate the costs of public procurement projects, in addition the ence of the role of tribal control bodies for public procurement in controlling the deviation of studies in estimating the costs of public procurement projects
