Our study aims to identify the specificity of the female enterprises's management styles in Algeria, and their interest in development.

To this end, we have conducted a field study that touched 104 contractors in Algeria by using the questionnaire tool.

We analyzed the results using the statistical program SPSSV.

We have found that the majority of the enterprises created are micro-enterprisesIt was created from scratch; Labor-on; Rationality in employment overcomes as the educational level of the entrepreneur increases; Where operational functions are exercised more than strategic ones; Seeks innovation through its interest in the function of research and development; They have a cooperative relationship with workers, Involve them in decision-making and management problem-solving; entrepreneurs also rank the most important reasons for the success of business in: Good organization leadership, The possession of the entrepreneurial spirit, And having strong relationships with the professional environment.
