تشكل هذه المقالة عمل استكشافي حول موضوع التحيزات القائمة على المعرفة و اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية إذ يتيح لنا من ناحية فهم كيف يدير صانعي القرار عدم اليقين و التعقيد و الغموض و من ناحية أخرى يلفت انتباه المجتمع العلمي الجزائري و الشمال الإفريقي إلى احتمال بروز خطر الوقوع في خطأ أثناء اتخاذ القرارات و يرجع ذلك أساسا إلى التحيزات المختلفة.
وتمكننا معرفة نظام عمل هذه الأخيرة من التقليل بشكل كبير من تأثيرها على اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.

Abstract EN
This article is a work of exploration on the theme of cognitive biases and strategic decision-making.
On one hand, it allows us to understand how decision-makers deal with uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
On the other hand, to draw the attention of the Algerian and Maghreb scientific community to the existence of a risk of error in decision making, mainly due to various biases.
The Knowledge of how they operate could significantly reduce their impact on strategic decision-making.
