This has led the legislator to set restriction for its initiation represented in obtaining a license to permit it.

The license that a real estate promoter is required to obtain within the framework of executing the real estate promotion activity is represented in the accreditation regulated by the legislator through Executive Decree No.

124-12, dated February 20, 2012, which determines the methods for granting accreditation to practice the profession of real estate promoter, as well as the way to maintain the national schedule of real estate promoters.
