Fishing is an important activity that take part in developing the food and agricultural industry Bu direct and indirect way.

so the fish industry and the care of the verity of its environment that's lead in direct way to provide food for millions of peoples plus improving the landscape, provide jobs opportunities and provide capital for the nationIf take a look at the Iraqi production of fish in its interior water or from the fish farms we will find it taking the second place after the republic of Egypt.

knowing that the that industry still in the beginning and it could be developed to take first places in the international economyThe purposes of the research has relied on many reasons one of them Iraq has many resources and watersheds that could make it principle producer of fish, the goal of this research is to study the reasons that effecting natural fishing and the industrial although it has wild base of resources that help to make strategically projects to grow the fish industry and they are as the following:  iraq has lots of natural resources of watershed that distributed on all its parts that make a great natural fishing farms and natural fishing areas.

 the human resources play an important part of lowering the product base on rolls of its elements the developing of the fishing industry depend on the availability of the planning programs to use the suitable areas.
