Providing water to quench the animals and fill the needs of the population is one of the most important requirements and foundations established life and the guide is when Allah has said (And we have made from water every living thing): The Prophets Surat (Al-Anbiyaa Surat): Verse 30, Therefore, water is of great importance in various areas of life, as it is necessary to provide the living organisms and continuously because some animals cannot afford to survive without water, especially the type of Iraqi black buffalo.
