The research (Representations of pessimism in German expressionism's Drawings) dealt with four chapters.

The second chapter included the theoretical framework of three questions; the first dealt with the concept of pessimism in philosophy and psychology, the second dealt with the expressive meanings in the structure of the work of art, the third came with the title of German expressionism (views and references).
