This workshop aims to plan and organize a number of components of the Interactive Model of Program Planning, described by Caffarella and Daffron (2013) in Planning Programs for Adult Learners.
For each component, I will explain the activities included in that component, the importance of that component to design my program and how I carried them out in the process of planning the training program.
Finally, this paper concluded with several appendices that include a summative reflection of learners and instructor’s evaluation, and also learning objectives and activities to meet the objectives
