This study aims at explaining the impact of the training process stages in the Chemical and Cosmetic Companies career path in Amman.

The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach; where a questionnaire was developed to collect data from its primary sources.

The study population included all the (4150) workers, for a total of (72) company from Chemical and Cosmetic Companies that agreed to participate in the study from 138 companies in Amman.

A total of 352 questionnaires were randomly distributed to the selected sample which covers 8% of the (4150) employees' population sample.

On the other hand, only 289 questinnaires that are valid for analysis were recovered by 82% from the distributed ones.

More over, the study applied a set of mathematical and statistical methods to show the characteristics of the chosen samples .

The study concluded several results; the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant impact at the level of significance for the stages of the training process (Identification of training needs, Designing of the training program.

Implementation of the training program, Assessment and follow-up of the training program) on the career path and its dimensions (Career path planning, Rehabilitation, Promotion and Job Innovation) for employees ,and the presence of statistically significant impact at the level of significance for the stages of the training process (Implementation of the training program and Follow-up assessment of the training program) in particular on the functional dimensions path (Career path planning Rehabilitation, Promotion and However, in light of these results, the study recommended several recommendations; the most important of which is the need to develop the conccpt of career path through the stages of the training process, which is an important concept in human resources management that is reflected on the satisfaction of employees and their belonging to the company.
