Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying The Role of School Management in care gifted students in the govern ate of Muscat in Sultanate of Oman, to achieve the study objective, a questionnaire consisting of (46) items was designed spread over four main fields, was administrated to (630) Managers and assistants and first teachers and administrator’s activities, department heads after establishing its validity and reliability.

To answer the study questions, the means, standard deviations, T-test and ANOVA and LSD were used.

The study highlighted the following findings.

The The Role Of School Management gifted students In the governate of Muscat In Sultanate of Oman is medum , the findings revealed that there were significant statistical differences at the level ( 0.05 _> a ), due to variables of academic qualification, gender and years of experience and jop , for The Role Of School Management gifted students In the governate of Muscat In Sultanate of Oman In the light of the findings, the researcher recommends the followings;.The need to providethe material andhuman needsin the school environment, and the need toincrcasc cooperationwith the familyandlocal community institutionsandmake them aware ofthe importance ofdiscovering and nurturingthis group ofstudents ,and the need tochoose theprincipalsofthe educatedand informedcducationalleaders whobclievc inthc importance ofinvestingstudcnttalcntand nurtured.
