Nations strive to provide specialized treatment and educational programs for autistic children, aiming to integrate them into their communities.

This study focuses on examining the effectiveness of a program to develop number sense in autistic children.

This program uses educational methods based on ABA.

This study is of great importance ; being one of the leading studies in this field in the Gulf states.

The study deals with three different cases of autistic children.

They differ in communication skills ; verbal and non-verbal that form an obstacle towards their learning, due to these differences.

The importance of this study is further highlighted, since it presents sensory, semi-sensory and interactive applications for the teaching of number sense to autistic children.

Moreover, it also provides various flexible teaching techniques such as ’Touch Math’ and ’Number Line’.

Findings showed an increase in the mean score of the children on the number sense test after the implementation of the program.

The mean score on the test was 38 pre-program and 101.33 post-program.

Wilcoxon test showed a statistically significant difference between the children’s mean test score rankings on the test pre and post program, in favor of the post-program scores.

This indicates the effectiveness of the suggested program in improving the level of number sense abilities in the children.
