The relationship and impact of physical and psychological incentives in improving the performance of the employees of the ministry of agriculture and fisheries in the Sultanate of Oman

Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to find solutions to the problems and challenges that affect the occupational performance of the employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in the Sultanate of Oman.

Having reviewed the literature review related to the study, the researcher used the inductive method.

Besides the descriptive method is sued to describe the phenomenon.

Moreover, the researcher used the field research method through which the statistical data were analyzed and the results were interpreted.

He also used the questionnaire as a research instrument to collect the data.

A random sample of 359 employees were selected.

The study concludes that incentives enhance employees’ occupational performance, and so there is a very positive relation between granting incentives and gifts to employees and enhancing their work performance.
