4) It is permitted' for whoever wants to perform pilgrima among the Meccans• to perform Qiran Hajj or Tamattu' Hajj and then the performer is not obliged to slaughter.

5) It is not obliged for Meccans ( People residing in Mecca ) to perform Tawaf AlQudum (Arrival Tawaf ) _ 6) Uncovering Shoulder and Fast Walking are not obliged whoever circulated AIKaaba AIMusharrafah• for Meccans.

7) It is not obliged for Meccans ( People residing in Mecca ) to perform Tawaf AIWada (Farewell Tawaf nor for whoever w to Stay in Mecca after performing pilgrimage (Hajj).
