Abstract EN

In this paper the semiscalar equivalence of polynomial matrices is investigated.

We introduce the notion of the so-called reduced triangular form with respect to semiscalar equivalence for the 3-by-3 matrices with one characteristic root and indicate the invariants of this reduced form.
