The need of civilizations to the Prophet’s biography, the city document model.

The current observer in the problem of the contemporary world is the problem of the type of state, the type of its relations with the people on its territory, the extent to which they enjoy their rights and their lives, and the contemplator in the prophetic document finds that it represents the religious origin of the civilizational experiment in building the civil state with Islamic reference.
