Al-Maliki’s local jurisprudence has contributed to the organization of the community and the urban sphere within city in the central Maghrib.

It is considered an effective tool that expresses the individual’s relationship with society and the city as well.

This discourse brought about the factors of urbanization through its organization of the relationship between religious and social data on the one hand and the city as a center for human gathering on the other.

Although it was a general for the most part, it was able to express the effectiveness of the jurists’ authority to assume responsibility for organizing the rural and urban community presence within the community that we want to explore - the medieval Chalfi community, which belongs to an area that has not yet been thoroughly studied Local Academy and even foreign.

The subject of the article deals with the mobility of the Chalfi community through the jurisprudential texts contained in the available monastic writings, exemp: Elmiyar of the Elwancharissi, Dorar Elmazouni, Mouhadab Raik,Tahliat Eldahab of the father’s mazoni, through his dealings, his mind, his development..

Although little knowledge is available, it helps to clarify our vision of this marginalized society.
