It was not easy to go in to discuss the trend in the development of Iraqi culture and the extent to which it is the basis of other factors in the establishment of the values of Iraqi society, as well as the intention in explaining the existence of a certain level or not in the so-called (civil cultural) within Iraqi society.

In the concept or term of culter as explained in the first section of this research, man has faced various types of circumstances and pressures he may resort to find agendas to relieve some of these pressures, he has succeeded in many of them and failed in many as well this failure is dueto the irrationality of some of the variables and often failure to keep up with the achievement of members of Iraqi society.

Among the achievements of human thought development of developed a cultural patter for the better that links some joints of life with each other in the fields in the cultural, social and economic changes life.

This pattern has been successful when incentives and fertile ground are available to stabilize Iraqi culture trends and community values to play its active role in establishing cooperative relations rather than hostile relations between members of society and in all areas of human life.

This research is an intellectual and cultural look according to some mental questions and as much as possible objective analysis the life of Iraqi society at the present time.

Based on the above, the subject of the research (the trends of the development of Iraqi culture to establish the values of Iraqi society) has been directly referred to some of the elements of societal culture element and the main ones is the material culture that contains modern and advanced technology and economic culture, which includes methods of production, consumption, profit and loss.

and the culture of human institutions and structures, which deals with planning and social organization in all its forms and levels, as well as artistic culture, which includes arts, folklore, music and others.

This research has mostly dealt with the reality of applied anthropological culture and its relationship to human behavior in society.
