The content of the contract is one of the most important conditions for the validity of the contract in French law, and a manifestation of the renewal of the law of contracts and obligations of France (Napoleon Act 1804).

It is a very important condition, as the French legislator has arranged that he will not be subject to serious sanctions, including the invalidity of the contract and the absence of its effects.

The development of the idea of the contract content prompted the French legislator not to explicitly stipulate the condition of the object and the cause of the terms of validity of the contract, and replace it explicitly provided the content of the contract, which creates a controversy between jurists French to justify the development of that idea on the one hand, and the validity of the deletion of the shop and the reason on the other hand.
