Abstract EN

So long as the matter of woman has been constituted one of most important variables in the society, along with enabling her to decision making, thus it has been regarded as a prominent subject that being hugely concerned over by the societies at the present time.

The social theory has an opinion in this respect, most importantly the theory of social action for the sociologist (Tacot Barsinz).

Thus, I have tried in the current study to make theoretical closeness between the social action symmetry and its functions for the over mentioned sociologist and between levels of enabling woman in making decision as to direct the attention toward the necessarily bringing about a change in the social reality in a way that could enforce the equity between the men and women and to achieve the social accomplishment in the society.

For achieving the study, I have dealt with four axes in addition to preface and conclusion.

In the first axis, I have exposed some concepts as enabling, theory, decision and decision –making.

In the second axis, I have exposed the theory of social action for the sociologist (Barzns).

In the third axis, it includes concept of enabling , along with its approaches and its elements in addition to its levels.

In the fourth axis, the closeness of theory between the social action asymmetry and its functions for the sociologist over mentioned and between levels of enabling woman in decisions making, along with depicting this closeness.

The study is concluded with the womans reality in the Iraqi society under the current conditions, systems, prevailing ideological thoughts in addition to the women-self reality.
