Practicing advanced electronic banking in Algerian banks is a challenge.

To meet this challenge and win it, it must implement basic requirements to be a base and can move forward and keep pace with the countries of the world and catch up with a fast pace.

This study aims to demonstrate the reality of providing the basic requirements for electronic banking in Algerian banks.

The study population selected a sample from the state banks of Biskra and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information.

A sample size of (76) employees was analyzed using the SPSS program and several statistical methods were used to test hypotheses.

The study and a set of results were reached, the most important of which is the lack of basic requirements for electronic banking in the banks under study.
