تعتبر تكنولوجيا الاتصالات الحديثة لاسيما منها شبكة الانترنت من بين أهم العوامل التي تؤثر و تشجع على خلق و نشر السلوكات العنيفة لدى الشباب حيث يلجا هؤلاء إلى قضاء ساعات طويلة في مشاهدة الفيديوهات و الأفلام التي تعلم سياسة العنف و ممارستها على ارض الواقع كمخرج لمختلف المشاكل التي يعانون منها حيث تعتبر الفئة التي تعاني من الصعوبات النفسية أو المادية أو الاجتماعية الأكثر عرضة لممارسة العنف بمختلف أشكاله في الحياة اليومية.

Modern communication technologies, especially the Internet, are among the most important factors that influence and encourage the creation and dissemination of violent behavior among young people.
