Abstract EN

The article aims at this study, based on the descriptive historical narrative and analytical method, to look at the roles of the scholars of Tlemcen and their distinctive contributions to pumping their book stores and the original manuscripts combinations during the Ottoman era, in quantity, and their endeavors to preserve the cultural heritage of Tlemcen with various works that did not receive care The crisis and adequate and serious assistance by its Turkish presidents, in a period of time that was dangerous to the scientific and literary output in Tlemcen of the Ottoman Empire, in light of political and military chaos, led us to explore important results related to cultural life in general and to the desktop heritage in particular, that: 1.

The negative impact of political and military situations on scientific waste, and every impact related to the manufacture and copying of books, the preparation of libraries, and their construction.

That, despite the constant calls and repeated groans from the owners of these libraries, they did not find listening ears, with the exception of the few rulers and their late gestures of relaxed and uncompromising effect.

All of this made the scholars of Tlemcen, fearing for them the contents of their rare libraries, among the mothers of books in various sciences and arts, carrying the goods of more of these books and transporting them outside Tlemcen of the Ottoman Empire to the various cities of the Islamic countries.
