The syllable is the smallest semantic unit of language which composes the linguistic structure, whereby the linguistic and metrical segmentation does not take place without it.

This latter represents two types: phonological and linguistic.

The syllable is divided into silent and voiced, and this last is naturally the reason of the silent utterance.

It has quantities and voice records called parts and multiples; each one has a scientific name, they are similar to the parts and multiples of meter in their order this why they are attributed to the metric system.

They have two ways of measuring, the first; it is mesured by the depository devices, the second it is measured by the natural organs.
