Agroup of critics had recieved the formative structural approach, and they studied it in thei rapproaches, so a lot of maghrib critics were interested to study this aproach because it is flexible and able to satisfy the critic's aesthetic sense, and they dealed with it in their studies by introduce itsometimes and practice itother times.

In this study, by using the analys and description, we try to answer the following questions: how did the maghrib critics recieve the formative structural approach? and what is the featured privacy of nouredin saddar and mohammed bennis studies?
