هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد إلى أي مدى نظم المعلومات المطبقة في المديرية الجهوية لفرع النقل عن طريق الأنابيب بسكيكدة محمية من الاختراق، و الأساليب المستخدمة في جمع المعلومات التي تسهم في حماية ممتلكات المؤسسة من الجرائم المتعلقة بالمعلومات، و تم استخدام الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات بالاعتماد على طريقة المسح بالعينة كإجراء تطبيقي للمنهج الوصفي على 84 إطارا.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن عدم تطبيق نظام قوي لحماية المعلومات يعرض المديرية الجهوية لفرع النقل عن طريق الأنابيب بسكيكدة إلى جرائم إلكترونية تضيع فيها أصولها المعلوماتية، و تقل على إثرها فعالية نظم المعلومات.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to determine to what extent the applied information systems in the regional direction of the subsidiary of transport by pipelines in Skikda are protected from intrusion, and the methods used in the collection of information that contribute to protecting the property of the corporation from crimes related to information.
The form was used as a main tool for data collection, depending on the sampling survey method as an applied measure of the descriptive approach on 84 cadres.
The results of the study showed that the non-implementation of a strong system to protect the information exposes the regional direction of the subsidiary of transport by pipelines in Skikda to electronic crimes in which its information assets are lost, and leads to the reduction of the.
