Importance of research is a serious attempt to identify the current mechanical situation of this category of disabled and study the details of this situation using modern scientific instruments and tools to identify the strengths and weaknesses and the problem of research is the lack of training for people with special needs on the treadmill, which provides compulsory exercises to move and find appropriate balance of interaction of bio-kinematic series of body's limbs.

Research aims to: • Design special exercises on the treadmill.

• Comparison of effect of these exercises according to the biomechanical indicators of footprint for before and after testsThrough the application of corrective exercises, the researchers reached a set Research conclusions: 1.
