Islamic Jurisprudence include several schools and these schools have wealthy knowledge for scholars and law researchers.

In general, the Islamic jurisprudence has important role in the general law and it is having especial role in civil law.

The debt and real state consider an important subject in Islamic jurisprudence and religion.

Because Islamic jurisprudence has especial terms and concepts for debt and real state that sometimes agree with law's terms and sometimes not.

This research will explain the similarity and the difference between Islamic jurisprudence and law.
