The models of the simultaneous equations are an important tool in economic measurement.

They are an extension of the multivariate linear model(MLM).

The models of the simultaneous equations form an important research field for statisticians that deals with the adjustment of the calculation methods to efficient and consistent estimators.

Hence, the aim of the research is to improve the method of estimating the parameters of Three stages least squares(stage III) by making an adjustment to this stage in estimating the parameters to reduce the effort, time, and complex calculations that used in classical method (Zellner's method[9]) and at the same time we get efficient estimators.
