We report two brothers with the diagnosis of Sanjad – Sakati syndrome.
In their neonatal period, they developed hypocalcemia and convulsions.
Both brothers shared several characteristic features including short stature, microcephaly, and facial anomalies.
The two brothers had severe short stature and developmental delay.
They are currently on regular therapeutic doses of calcium and 1.25 dihydroxycholecalciferol.
