ضرورات الاستثمار و التمويل العقاري و القروض المصرفية في حل أزمة السكن من العراق : (واسط حالة دراسية)‎ للمدة 2002-2012

Abstract EN

Iraq country suffers from a severe shortage of housing in all over the country throughout Iraq except Kurdistan region.

In Wasit province, the annual deficit amounted to about (122 516) housing units.

In addition, the National Investment Commission estimates that a million-house need rehabilitation.

The real estate investment in the real estate sector, one of the foundations economical for most countries in the world and an estimated amount of investment in which billions, therefore is a source of revenue diversificaation and expansion of the national economic base, as well as it is considered a link between savers and borrowers out of enabling the purchase of the property units.

Based on this research, it has revealed that the loans (Housing Loan) granted by banks in Wasit province since 2002 to 2012, worked and contributed to the extent of 63% of the shortage housing in the province.
