The research aims to: - Disclosure of the impact of the special exercises of moving balance to learn Number of basic skills in football (rolling, the short pass, medium pass, long pass, the short scoring, Scoring from afar, suppressions and hit a ball in the head) In tribal and inter-tribal tests.

- Disclosure of the impact of the special exercises of moving balance to learn some basic skills in football (rolling, the pass short, medium pass, long pass, the short scoring, Scoring from afar, suppressions and hit a ball in the head) in the tribal final tests and a posteriori.

- Disclosure of the impact of special exercises of moving balance in the degree of moving balance in the post test.

The researchers used the semi-experimental syllabus is a time-series of equal suitability to the nature of the research problem, The experiment was carried out on a sample of students represented the second stage in the College of Education Department of Physical Education at the University of Zakho in Dahuk province for the academic year 2015/2016 and the number of (50) students, from the male only, The purpose achieve the goals of research were selected randomly sample totaling (25) students who are practitioners category, and the rate (50% ) of the original research society, This was achieved of parity in the variables (chronological age, height, mass and intelligence, mental perception and cognition Sports (sense - kinesthetic), some physical and motor abilities and basic skills of football), It was used (personal interview and questionnaire analyze the content and test and measurement) and the means of collecting data and information, and implemented educational lessons for the moving balance exercises on the football pitch at the University of Zakho in Dahuk province for a period of (21) week and by two lessons in the elite educational weekly, Tutorial per time (90 minutes) for the period from 22/11/2015 till 21/5/2016, the researchers used the following statistical methods (percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, self-honesty coefficient, simple correlation coefficient(Pearson), torsion coefficient, splaying coefficient, t-test of samples associated with the equal number, equation (ETA square), equation (Cohen's d), an equation (Black Black) to earn average).

The researchers reached the following conclusions: - Exercises of moving balance to effectively influence the learning basic skills (rolling, pass, scoring, suppressions, and hit a ball in the head).

- There is a difference in the level of impact of the exercises of moving balance according to skill type.
