Abstract EN

A 34 year-old woman presented with left cornual ectopic pregnancy following in vitro fertilization-frozen embryo transfer treatment.

Her medical history included two previous ectopic pregnancies treated by salpingectomies at Westmead Fertility Center-Sydney-Australia.

Cornual pregnancy may be an unexpected complication after bilateral salpingectomies which have been managed conservatively.

This case was successfully managed conservatively by intramuscular methotrexate and laparoscopic local injection of methotrexate.
