The research aims to detect1-3-1 using the style of agility exercises by using the physical and skill full variables between the pre and the post test for the experimental group.
1-3-2 the statistical differences between the experimental and control group.
The researchers hypothesize the following 1-4-1 there are significant differences between the pre and post test in a number of physical and skill full variables for the experimental group 1-4-2 there are significant differences between the experimental and control groups in a number of physical and skill full variables in the post test.
The researchers used the experimental design that fits the nature and the aims of the research, the sample of the research contains (24) players representing ( 75% ) of the research population, the sample divided equally in to two groups experimental and control, by using the random selection, the researchers used spss as statistical tollThe researchers found out the following.
1-the training program by using the agility exercises with the ball and without the ball that used by the experimental group results in developing the physical fitness components ( maximum transition speed, explosive power, for the legs muscles, agility and, flexibility ) to the favor of post test.
2- the training program by using the agility exercises with the ball and without the ball that used by the experimental group results in developing the level of post test in all the physical fitness components and that is better than the control group.
3- the training program by using the agility exercises with the ball and without the ball that used by the experimental group results in developing the level of basic skills ( control s short and medium pass ) to the fever of post test 4- the training program by using the agility exercises with the ball and without the ball that used by the experimental group results in developing in the level of post test in all the basic skill and that is better than the control group.
The researchers recommended the following 1- Insure to use the studied program that useds in this research.
2- Using the basic of repetition training way when developing the physical fitness components and basic skill full for soccer event.
3- Insure to use agility exercises with the ball and with out the ball when preparing a training program in soccer event.
